Prepare Yourself For September

Check this list for things you need to know or do before September.  It contains very valuable information and is updated frequently with extra items:

• Double check where you are staying and the big move-in day

• Double check your student loan information is correct

• Double check your Uni timetable as you know it

• Make sure you have everything you need for moving in

• Spend some time thinking about how your life will operate

• Set up a spreadsheet or another way of budgeting – make sure you consider everything

• Plan some social events for yourself, especially if you’ll have friends nearby – got fresher’s tickets?

• Investigate the surrounding area of your accommodation and working place
• _
• Practise the things you’ll need to do: cooking, cleaning, washing up, laundry
