Things definitely didn’t go to plan - mostly because I wasn’t feeling well.

My best breakfast for when I’m feeling off colour is rice crisps and cold milk. And because I like a big breakfast, I have three bowls. Hence, no snack.

Mezze Plate of ham, cheese and crackers, with dessert and drink
Easiest ever lunch - mezze plate of crackers, cheese and ham. Finished up with an apple. The chicken, unfortunately, was too old to eat.

Met BP, and he wanted to go Subway for lunch, so I followed him, and had a snack of a packet of crisps.

Neither of us fancied the picnic after all, so I made my pizza instead. I had green peppers only, BP added cubed pancetta and pepperoni slices. He’s a big meat-eater, I like my pizzas veggie. This is because I find meat gives off too much oil during the cooking process that sits on top of the pizza.

Unfortunately, this is where I began to feel too ill to eat, so I only had a little corner of my pizza before not being able to eat anymore.

So - recap:
Daily servings of fruit and veg: 1 (Oops)
